ALCA’s submission focuses upon revising and strengthening the Objects of the Act and requirements of the State Landscape Strategy; creating a legislative percentage floor for the redistribution of funding to regional landscape boards via the Landscape Priorities Fund; and the exemption of inappropriate requirements of commercial forestry arrangements from native revegetation that delivers substantive benefits for biodiversity.
