ALCA submission to the Inquiry into the NSW Climate Change (Net Zero Future) Bill 2023
ALCA encourages the NSW Parliament to consider strengthening the net zero target in the Bill to at least net zero by 2040 and to revise and strengthen its reference to principles of ‘sustainable economic development’.

We further encourage the NSW Parliament to recognise that nature-based solutions are a critical opportunity to address the twin crises facing climate and nature.
