ALCA joined a huge group of more than 70 farming and conservation organisations to write to Governments across Australia calling for large scale investment in conservation, land management and restoration.

The proposal, which would employ 24,000 Australians over two years, focuses on providing work that is safe, meaningful and socially-beneficial to those in areas and industries that have been hardest hit by the economic crisis.
